Having friends over and made a nice appetiser of a block of cream cheese with Trader Joe's sweet pepper jelly on it. Have some wheat crackers for the friends and am using potato chips for myself. Not bad!
I like gluten free products, but am always astounded at the high prices. Spent ten dollars on two small loaves of gf bread yesterday. :(

still learning
Well, I'm new at this blogging thing, but it's never too late to learn something. I've been working at being gluten free for about a year now. It has definately helped my tummy!
